Representative Office

According to Vietnamese commercial regulations, foreign traders wishing to establish a representative office in Vietnam must satisfy the conditions prescribed by law and obtain a Representative Office License issued by the competent authority. The application dossier generally includes legal documents of the foreign trader, financial statements, appointment letter of the head of representative office, office lease agreement, and other supporting documents as required by law.
