Enterprise Registration Certificate (ERC)

According to the Law on Enterprises 2020, organizations and individuals establishing an enterprise in Vietnam are required to carry out enterprise registration procedures with the competent business registration authority in order to obtain an Enterprise Registration Certificate (ERC).

The enterprise registration dossier includes documents relating to the owner/members/shareholders, the company charter, information on the legal representative, head office address, and other documents depending on the type of enterprise to be established.
