Investment Registration Certificate (IRC)

According to the Law on Investment 2020 and its guiding regulations, foreign investors implementing investment projects in Vietnam that are subject to the issuance of an Investment Registration Certificate (IRC) are required to complete the IRC application procedure prior to establishing an enterprise and commencing the investment project.

The application dossier for an Investment Registration Certificate generally includes documents relating to the investor, the investment project proposal, financial capacity documents, legal documents regarding the project location, and other documents as required by the investment registration authority.
